Q: What do you do?

A: We help you in creating a more positive you through our online courses and Personal Development templates. Whether you want to simply manage your time better or dig deeper and find your purpose in life we can help you out.

Q: What is an online course?

A: An online course is where you will receive training online in a given topic so you have more tools and knowledge to achieve certain things in life. This can be for work, Personal Development and growth, curiosity and so on. Our online courses are designed so you can fit them around your normal day. Learn at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home.

Q: What information do you have available?

A: You will find all information available on this website and any information sheets that are made available.

Q: How can you support me?

A: We have online courses, some are standalone and some are part of a series, like our 7 steps online course. All of the courses are geared towards one focus – creating a more positive you. You will get from the courses what you put into them. The key for you is that you have to want to change – you may want to be and feel more positive, you may want to expand your comfort zone and have more focus and less fear, do things that you would normally shy away from doing, take that leap of faith, expand your experiences and mind, create a brand new lifestyle… The list can go on.

Q: Are the online courses for anyone?

A: Absolutely. It does not matter what your background is or wherever you are in your life right now – if you feel you are missing something in your life, that you’re not sure where you’re going, lacking focus, need to create goals and stick to them or searching for your purpose etc – the only thing you need is a desire to change things in your life for the better!

Q: How easy is it to change?

A: Short answer is it isn’t! This is why so many people quit or don’t start in the first place. It will take a lot of hard work and will be different for everyone, which is why you need to want to change. How many self help books or audios have you read or listened to where you feel pumped and ready to make things happen only to find you quit after a short while or don’t really get started? Motivation is awesome, but simply isn’t enough! Completing your goals is beyond compare, but not easy. You may have heard it said “The best things in life are on the other side of fear” – and that is true!

Q: I want to be more positive but I don’t know how to be! Where do I start?

A: We can you you with your journey. The 7 steps courses is a great place to begin! Although they follow a sequence you can in fact take them separately. You will then have tools to help you focus on your positivity. Being more positive about life and what you can do is awesome as this allows you to fulfil your dreams!

Q: Will I change mentally or physically?

A: That’s up to you! It can be either or both. When you are more positive you can make many new changes in your life, both within (mentally) and outwardly (physically and environmentally). Creating a more positive you will open more opportunities for you and you get to choose what you desire. If we can use this as an example:

You’re overweight and it’s making you so unhappy. What would you change first? Your unhappiness of course! Creating ‘a more positive you’ would give you more focus on losing the weight and keeping it off. You wouldn’t feel compelled to lose weight whilst you’re unhappy. So you focus on the solution, not the problem.

Q: I’ve read loads of self-help books and nothing works. Why?

A: There’s no one single answer, but the main reason is because you were not committed, only interested. Books are great, but they can’t cover the multitude of traps that stop you from being positive or reaching your goals. That’s just not going to happen. Plus books don’t know what state of positivity or negativity you are in at the time of you reading or listening. Books also don’t hold you accountable for what you do next.
